The HBA provides a number of subscription services for members. Purchase of these items is contingent on verification of eligibility.

This associate membership is available to anyone who wants to support the HBA and its programs. This is a monthly subscription for a total annual fee of $120. This associate membership entitles to member to all the benefits afforded in the bylaws and policies of the organization. If you wish to vote in the Annual Board Elections, you must have paid a year of dues and your September payment must have occurred. If you have a business in Hillcrest you may already be a member. If you’re in doubt, please contact the HBA.
