The HBA is a private 501c6 mutual benefit corporation that contracts with the City of San Diego to provide services to the neighborhood of Hillcrest. For 100 years, the HBA has worked to improve the neighborhood of Hillcrest. The HBA is annually audited by the City of San Diego and recently successfully completed an audit by the IRS. ***To encourage participation, these HBA meetings have membership based on attendance. They are not Committees and are simply gatherings of individuals to discuss topics relative to the neighborhood. The chair is designated by board resolution.
Restroom Facilities: The HBA’s offices are in an older building and, as a result, there are no public restroom facilities available on-site for meetings.
