This service provides a 12 hour “morning” 4pm-2am on-call security guard available to subscribers. Average response time is 20 minutes. Guard will use legal means to address crime related issues and relocate anti-social individuals. The on-call rate is available to an average 50’ storefront in the Hillcrest Business Improvement District.
